Adaptation for SDGs and the Paris Agreement

Loss of biodiversity, changing climate, and an increase in severe events all threaten to harm human health, economy, and communities — it is past time to get on track to realize the Adaptation & Resilience goals of developing countries. Setting the stage for the activities that will follow, the forum will bring together Adaptation leaders to debate the issues at hand. Why do we need to act, and what do we hope to accomplish? The forum seeks to build narratives and emphasize practical results by focusing on transition points and the transformation required to accomplish this goal.
